We currently support bank transfer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on availability, destination, and production time. Estimated delivery is 2-4 days after production is completed.
How does bank transfer work?
During checkout you will see the available bank accounts and payment instructions.
Can I return a product?
For distance purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. Personalized or custom products may be exempt, but rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming products remain available.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is allowed only before production starts. After production starts, the order can no longer be cancelled.
